Time Travelling Particles

           

FACT:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     PARTICLES KNOWN AS "HIGGS SINGLETS" CAN BE USED AS "TELEPHONES" TO SEND MESSAGES THROUGH TIME INTO THE PAST OR FUTURE!

Isn't it amazing how rapidly mankind is moving forward with discovering more and more about science?
It was just in 1969 that mankind stepped on to the moon. Now we're talking about travelling through time!

A group of scientists at the CERN laboratories theorize that a particle known as "HIGGS SINGLET"  travel through the fifth dimension (the first, second, third and fourth being length, breadth, height and time respectively, which we all live in).

With the discovery of higgs boson, or "god particle", if you may, many scientists are highly positive on finding this sub-atomic part of the higgs boson.

This particle enters the fifth dimension and then may pop back into our dimensions a bit back or ahead in time, i.e effectively travelling through time. This particle, may even be travelling through time right now as you read this!




A probable application of sending particles through time is that we could send messages to the past, or the future. So higgs singlets could act as a medium of communicating with the past or the future, which will probably be a one way communication, depending on the availability of that technology in that particular time.

Also, we can speculate that if we are able to control the particle in a different time than ours, to do things, we might end up with tools that can perhaps change the present, past and the future in one go!

Scientists say that sending messages into the past, is within our reach.
If that is the case, then mankind may already have built its very first time machine, as the large hadron collider in geneva !

However some may say that the first time machine built by mankind was built even before the LHC , pointing towards the hubble space telescope.
Hubble space telescope catches light from stars billions of light years away, which calculates to light generated millions of years ago! That means the star which the hubble telescope detects may not even exist in the present!



Although even if this higgs singlets theory is successfully proved, (proving which, may take a lot of time) we are still talking about being able to send infinitesimally small particles through time. Still a long way for humans as such to travel through time!
May be someday some one will come back from the future to take you there! :D

So would it be possible for you to go back in time and kill your grandfather just to see what happens to you in the present (The grandfather paradox)?
Only "time" will say!

Oh and by the way, just gaze into the sky one clear night. Your eye catches light emitted by stars thousands of years ago! So technically, everyone of us carries around a pair of time machines with them!
